Refund / Cancellation Policy

This Refund / Cancellation Policy is a draft for the EPKART Business Partner Programme. It should be reviewed and finalised by an Indian legal professional before commercial launch.

1. Business licence opportunity

The EPKART Business Partner / Business Licence is a business opportunity and not a consumer product or service. Any fees paid for the business licence are subject to the terms of the separate partnership agreement signed between the applicant and EPKART TECHNOLOGY PRIVATE LIMITED.

2. Cancellation

A prospective Business Partner may cancel their application before the licence and partnership agreement are executed. Once the agreement is executed, cancellation will be governed by the terms of that agreement.

3. Refunds

Refund eligibility, if any, will be determined in accordance with the executed partnership agreement and applicable law. No refund is guaranteed unless expressly agreed in writing.
